    Dzukhuo valley located at the border state of Manipur and Nagaland is a picturesque and pristine valley in Naga hills, near the Mt Zaphu, one of the highest peak of Nagaland. 

 At an altitude of 8000ft, this dense green hills have an incredible topography making it a paradise for trekkers.

 In a nutshell Dzukhuo is a visual delight and equally wild like any other rain forests of North East. There are no such reports of wild annimal attacks in Dzukhuo.  Dzukhuo valley is easily accessible by road from kohima.The duration of this experience travel is 7days and 6 nights including 2 nights and 3 days in Dzukhuo valley.

Day 1:Reach Phesama village campsite

Distance: 70Km approx

Pick up from Dimapur. Transfer to our campsite at Phesama village. Camping in Phesama village.

Day 2: Trek from Phesama campsite to Dzukhuo 

Early morning post breakfast begin Trek to Dzukhuo, from Phesama campsite

Day 3: Explore Dzukhuo valley

Explore the incredible topography of the valley. There are several streams, caves and of course picturesque views. A paradise for landscape photography. Camping on a stunning location, help to plan out dinner.

Day 4 Trek back to our campsite at Phesama

Post breakfast descent to base village by alternate trek routes or the same as earlier.  Dinner and Rest.

 Day 5: Hornbill festival

Visit the Hornbill Festival held at Naga Heritage Village. All the tribes of Nagaland take part in this festival. This festival is also called As Festival of Festivals. Return to our basecamp at evening. Have dinner and rest.

Day 6:  Explore Kohima


Kohima, the capital city of Nagaland is one of the most picturesque places in Northeast India.

Explore war memorial WWII cemetery, famous Kohima market, Khomia zoo and many more.

Day 7:

Day 7 brings an end to your adventurous Nagaland excursion, we bid our goodbye now.

Drop at Dimapur will conclude the trip.
